The WIA Society will be providing a booth at the GeoConvention 2019 and is seeking volunteers to help promote and represent the society to industry. This industry event is taking place in Calgary with the following details.

Dates: Monday, May 13th, 2019 to Wednesday, May 15th, 2019
Location: Calgary Telus Convention Centre, North Building, 120 8th Ave SE, Calgary, Alberta
Hours: 9 AM to 4 PM, during normal business hours. 2-4 hour commitments covering morning or afternoon. If able to lift and carry please indicate if you are able to help with taking down the booth on Wednesday afternoon.
Please reply by Thursday, May 9th and indicate the day and shift you wish to volunteer for. Once received we will complete a schedule and notify you!
