This talk focus on; dovetailing new or newly amended regulations which have left industry, municipalities as well as builders and developers in a state of “How are we going to deal with that?” We will review examples and mapping out a checklist which can be used for analyzing and responding to these liability and monitoring scenarios. We will also look at D83, cross communication and its role in this scenario.
