Muhammad Alam is an oil & gas professional with over 15 years of experience in Wireline Logging and interpretation and has lived and worked in many different places around the globe. He holds Masters of Mechanical Engineering degree and currently working as a Production Petrophysicist with Weatherford International, out of Houston, where he is responsible for designing job program and log analysis.
A short Cement Bond Log course where basic concepts, current technology and applications will be discussed using industry best practices and real field examples. Answers to most common questions, such as “Causes of bad cement” will be discussed along with current challenges and limitations. A quick interpretation technique will also be provided to evaluate cement condition behind casing.
